Although the environment is changing with the development of new exchanges created by the Affordable Care Act, new research by Towers Watson/National Business Group on Health (NBGH) show that employers remain committed to providing active employee health care benefits. According to findings from the annual Employer Survey on Purchasing Value in Health Care, a clear majority of employers are unlikely to direct employees to health insurance exchanges starting in 2014.
