Business Benefits Insurance Solutions is pleased to announce that Chris Spicker has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. Chris will expand his current group sales role and assume responsibility for several key functions including directing the efforts of the sales team towards accomplishing company growth and goal initiatives with employer groups of all sizes and market segments throughout the tri-state region. Additionally Chris will be tasked with implementing marketing campaigns and expanding the existing sales team.
Chris joined Business Benefits in 2000 after splitting the previous 8 years between Aetna and Prudential insurance companies where he gained healthcare industry expertise in both provider relations and employee benefits. Business Benefits president, Jim Beatrice, said, “Chris is extremely professional, communicates very effectively and has been a tremendous asset to Business Benefits for 17 years.”
Since the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, Chris has assisted countless employers with compliance and plan implementation that helped minimize and mitigate adverse consequences brought about by health care reform. He has been a co-presenter and panelist in numerous ACA seminars.
