Jimmy Beatrice is the first of the third generation from the Beatrice family. He graduated from Thomas More College and was initially exposed to health insurance during his employment at Kroger Pharmacy, where he interacted with insurance carriers on a daily basis to process prescription claims and assist customers through the appeal process. He began at Business Benefits in 2015 as an account representative, where he established a strong foundation and understanding of the health insurance industry, creating great relationships with the carrier representatives and employers that he worked with. He assisted with claims processing, billing issues, wellness initiatives, and employee meetings. In 2017 Jimmy transitioned into a Benefit Advisory role seeking new sales opportunities and developing many business relationships within the community. Jimmy’s knowledge of the industry, dedication and responsiveness to employers, and his experience in customer service make him a great advisor at Business Benefits.
Jimmy is highly community oriented, attending and participating in many events in the region, and is very active at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Most recently Jimmy became the Vice Chair of the NKY Chamber’s Young Professionals group (NKYP), where he will become the chair of NKYP for fiscal year 2023-2024. He is also a graduate from Leadership Northern Kentucky’s 2020 class and continues to serve on the Human Services Day committee for LNK. Through his participation in LNK, he became exposed and empowered to support those most in need in the community. So he became a board member for the Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky in 2022, which provides those in need a low barrier of entry place to stay for the night and a warm meal 365 nights a year. Jimmy also currently participates on one of the NKY Chamber’s Business Referral Networking Groups, and has served on multiple other NKY Chamber committees since his time at Business Benefits.
